Professionally
Olivia is one of our newest additions to the team, having graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2023 with a first class honours degree in economics and finance.Â
Her role as client support administrator includes preparing cases for advisers, liaising with providers, gathering information, and maintaining client records. Additionally, Olivia provides updates to clients regarding their progress, as well as offering assistance as needed via phone or email. Olivia also works closely with Charlotte and Declan to create and provide digital content.
At the beginning of 2024, Olivia enrolled onto the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning to progress her career.Â
Personally
On a quiet weekend, you’ll find Olivia in the kitchen, baking which she photographs and styles to add to her social media portfolio. When not making a mess, Olivia also enjoys spending her evenings outside in the fresh air with the dog and horse.
