I have been a client of Simple Solutions for over 10 years.  Based on a recommendation from another professional, I engaged with Don Wernham (who has now retired) and I have not looked back since.  This family business has grown and strengthened in capability hugely and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.  Beautifully steered more recently by Dons eldest son Declan, they have navigated through numerous different stages of my life from being employed, widowed to now retired.  The one constant throughout this journey has been their desire to put me first, consider options, listen to my hopes and wishes and gently guide me to make informed choices.  They are if you’ll pardon the pun “simply the best” a genuine family business with wonderful caring values and intelligent reasoning at all times.  I look forward to continuing working with them as they grow their business (it’s now expanded with more family members and carefully selected professionals joining the team) and they look after my interests with the same integrity that they have always shown.  It’s their passion to look after all levels of people no matter what the value is or where you are in your life cycle. Throughout our years with Simple Solutions, we have always received sound guidance relating to our pensions and savings. We recently had our annual review with Steven. Our investments were clearly explained and he ensured we were happy with the portfolio. Steven took great care in fully understanding our situation and options for the future were made clear to us. I have been an independent client of Simple Solutions almost from their inception.   They are a small family based company who have a great ethic of real customer service.    The advice they have offered me over the years has always been appropriate and clearly explained to me. My wife and I have been with Simple Solutions for about fifteen years and have been completely satisfied with the service we have received. We had our annual review with Steve yesterday which was very helpful and we find it much better dealing with a smaller company where we get personal service.
