Where are meetings held?
Usually at our offices in Warrington, but if you’d prefer a home visit for any reason, we’re happy to facilitate this.
Do you have parking?
There is a Pay & Display car park at the front of our office building. Alternatively, there is free parking at the Tesco store (up to three hours), which is a five-minute walk from us.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No, the cost of this is met by us.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
We will send you an email beforehand detailing what to bring, as well as directions on how to find us.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
It will take approximately 90 minutes.
Do I have to sign up for your services at the initial meeting?
No. We want to make sure our clients feel at ease and that we’re a good match for each other before you commit to anything.
Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?
We charge a % as an ongoing fee, but this does vary depending on the circumstances. This will be agreed before any work takes place.
Do you get commission?
We receive commission on insurance-related products.
Do you charge VAT?
No.
